It’s the writing that makes it all fineeeee. I didn’t feel weirded out about anything (I KNOW!). Can you imagine having a problem you need to talk through and you can pick a different guy (in this case, a different boyfriend) to talk it through with you because you know you’ll get what you need to hear? Not what you want to hear but what you NEED to hear… This is what Shiloh has between these guys.Įverything from this second book just made it so easy to read. All are understanding (except maybe one very solemn brother) and all have something to say to guide her through her past, which I surprisingly accepted. It made it OK! haha!Īll 4 guys have a different role that helped Shiloh through her journey. In my last post, I said I was still trying to figure out where this story was taking me… well, I found out! And I’m not even going to hide the fact that I’m all in for it. Except… that didn’t turn out great for her and a little awkward between the guys too when Logan found out about his niece dating all 4 guys. But when things got tough, the guys told her it was time to get her uncle in to help. She was unlucky to say the least but luckily, she had all the guys to help her. To make it even more interesting – trouble seem to find her left, right and center. And it helped a lot… but it put a strain between her and Knox. With her uncle still gone, she decided to get back on track with therapy. That went downhill from there despite Knox and the others trying to help her get out of that fear that kept creeping up on her.Įventually she realized (thanks to a little push in the right direction from the guys) that she could get better and she was stronger. Her nightmares had gotten really bad that kept her from sleeping at night. A huge plus to push this story into a new place. whew! It’s hot in here! But following the first book, this was again – respectful, patient and there was a little push that one of the brothers (Knox) took reign of getting Shiloh to move to the next step of recovering her traumatic past.

We didn’t get anything steamy in the first book, but this one right here got….

To be fair… it was only about 200 over pages which literally felt short. Not even a day! This is the fastest I think I’ve ever gone through a book.
